Needed a CD player for my new Corolla Cross Hybrid. Found one on your website and ordered it. The device needed an additional adapter in order for it to work.... something I was unwilling to purchase given I had already spent more than $200 on the unit. After a few calls, finally reached a customer representative on how to make the return. He provided me information on what I needed to do to receive a full refund. It may have taken awhile but they did deliver on their promise and I received a full refund. Too bad the unit was not fully set up to play for my specific vehicle. If it had been, I would have kept the unit.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Auto Parts Toys. The customer service is very dishonest. When I placed the order the customer service said the brand I bought qualify for free return and no restocking fees will be charged. I sent them emails and they never responded to my questions. I called and they said I have to ship the items myself and they will see if they are able to waive the restocking fees after they receive the items. They are really manipulative. I will avoid this business at all cost. Think twice before buying anything from Auto Parts Toys.

I ordered a roof rack for my car in March which I did not receive until late May. After submitting the sizing specifications for my vehicle and double checking accuracy against the sizing sheet provided by the manufacturer, I received the incorrect size for the leg and clamp kit. Not only was my product delayed, it was incorrect. I had to reach out multiple times on several occasions to follow up regarding its status which was somehow out of stock after I had already submitted the order and subsequent payment. When I finally reached someone, the kerfuffle of finding which warehouse it was in and where it could be shipped from or if they even had the parts required was egregious. I ended up having to reach out to Rhino-Rack myself to provide the order number and shipping information to ensure the kit would be shipped. I have since contacted Rhino-Rack who resolved the error within minutes and corrected Autopartstoys omission. Hopefully your experience will be better although I would abate your expectation significantly.

Appalling Customer Service. Left email, voicemail, they never returned the call. Finally got hold on the phone when they told me they shipped it to the wrong address even tho on their confirmation email the correct shipping address was listed. I should have reviewed their google reviews before ordering from them.

Placed this order with Autopartstoys 12/26/24 it is now 1/11/25 was suppose to be here 1/10/ 25 gave me a tracking number with R&L trucking called R&L with tracking number no record of this package being picked up call there 24 hour service department no answer Amazon can’t tell me anything

Don't deal this this "company." The customer service is poor at best. Good luck getting a phone or email response. I ordered an item online but didn't receive it until I had to call and follow up on the order 3 weeks later. That should have been the 1st clue that I should run. After I didn't like the item (camping chairs), I had to jump through hoops to get a RMA number. After shipping it with tracking and confirming that it arrived at the warehouse, I am still attempting to get my refund a month later. I have called 4 days straight and left numerous voicemails without a returned phonecall. Like I said in my 1st sentence, avoid this company at all costs. They don't have customer service, just dis-service!

This was one of the worst customer experiences of my life. The man I spoke with in customer service was rude and refused to help me begin the return process for a defective product they sent out to me. I was told I need to email the returns team because they do not accept phone calls. I immediately emailed the returns team and still haven’t heard back from them after 5 days. Worried my email had gone to the wrong address I called again to see what was going on. I was told it was the correct email address and again the customer service representative was rude, impatient, and told me that the returns teams would get back to me when they can but that there was nothing he could do to get me a return label to return the defective product because of the strict “email only” policy. It’s coming up on a week and I still have not received an email from the returns team. My advice to those reading is to save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.

Ordered a shackle lift for a Jeep yj over 3 weeks ago. Haven’t received shipping information sent multiple emails and called. Haven’t heard back from the emails or calls. Waste of time and money.
