There are some things you just cannot find some place else. If you are looking for items for your kitchen and home, Crate & Barrel has a very comprehensive selection. It may be worth some time online to find the things you might want. Sometimes it won’t be at the store. Yet it is often nice to be able to walk through the store and get inspired bu what you see. We found a bookshelf at the store we Loved, and ordered it online. Delivery was pricey. After watching two people struggle I had to explain to the delivery people how to put the bookshelf together. Overall, I am happy. At the store, you might have to be a little patient to find the help you need. When you do find someone, they do a great job trying to help you. If you shop here, it’s not for the best price. You shop here for the quality and service.

Came in to replace a KitchenAid espresso machine and browse bath accessories. Unfortunately, no one greeted us or offered help for at least 30 minutes to an hour. While the Breville associate was kind and helpful, one of the floor associates, a larger man in a purple shirt (with glasses) working around 3 PM on 08/03/2025, displayed poor customer service. He stared and gave off a noticeably uncomfortable vibe. On the positive side, other associates we eventually interacted with were friendly and professional. Still, the initial experience left a bad impression, staff like that should not be representing the brand on the floor.

0 stars!!! They do not warranty their furniture! Do not buy from this company!!!! You have 30 days to return and that is it. If your 2 year old $4500 sofa starts creaking like you bought one from the thrift store that is 30 years old, they will tell you it is normal wear and tear. I am sure after I post this, the concierge service that I already spoke to will tell me to contact them. I already did. They are very nice, but after two months of going back and forth, they will tell you it is normal wear and tear and make it out like it is your fault. The salespeople here are very friendly and have great taste. You walk in the store and everything looks so nice. I walked into the store and fell in love with one of their living room displays, bought the entire look, sold all my furniture from Macy's that I had had forever and still looked and worked fine and bought this because my kids are all older and I wanted an updated look. Even though it was in stock only 2 of the 5 pieces were delivered in the first month - an end table and the right side of a 3 piece sectional. Three months later the rest of the pieces are delivered and I notice even though the coffee table said real wood (they consider veneer real wood) it was not even glued down on one side, so I had them take it back. The performance fabric sofa had pulls all in it and I called and they told me not to wear belts when I sit on it! (See how they try to make it your fault) It came like this; I had not even sat on it!! I figured that's okay just flip the cushions over and kept it. Unfortunately, you have to constantly flip the cushions as all the feathers come out and the fabric moves. Almost two years later and the sofa now creaks when you sit down, stand up, adjust your position, or simply lift an afghan up to put it in the basket. It is complete and utter garbage. I can't just reupholster and change out cushions, the wood frame is garbage. For this price tag, you would expect better quality and a better warranty. They do not stand behind the cheap products they sell. Even the side table had a table leg that I thought just needed a bolt tightened and when I went to fix it, saw that it was cut and put together that way, there was no way to fix it. If this is the new reality of the quality of furniture, do yourself a favor and buy it cheap online or find a store with a good warranty that stands behind their furniture.

Wish I would have paid more attention to the one star reviews about the furniture, as it looks like a lot of other people are having issues like mine. Ordered the Lounge Sofa and ottoman, and both arrived damaged with significant wear on the fabric. They agreed to replace it and the replacement was in even worse condition. They agreed to replace it again. I asked what would be done to ensure the 3rd set would not arrive damaged, and the answer basically amounted to nothing. It would not be packaged any differently or shipped any differently, and the factory would not even know that it was a replacement (maybe they would do something differently if they knew). No surprise then that the 3rd sofa arrived damaged as well. Better condition than the 2nd one, at least. Now all they can offer is a measly 15% off or potentially roll the dice on another replacement. This has already been an almost year long process and I have no faith that another replacement would resolve the issue. I would rather return it and go elsewhere, but they will not accept a return since it is not one of their stocked fabric options. Really disappointed as I thought Crate & Barrel was better than this. I will look elsewhere for future furniture purchases. Edit: It's been over a week since Lynette's response, but I haven't actually heard from anybody.

Very bad experience with these guys. We ordered a couch the second week of January. It is now 3 days away from April and the couch finally arrived. Legs on two different pieces were broken when they arrived and need to be replaced, and the depth of the seat cushions on two of the sections is 6 inches shorter than the sections of the rest of the couch. It looks ridiculous! Upon calling Crate and Barrel to ask about getting these items replaced they informed me that it will likely be the same amount of time to get the short sections remade. So we are basically talking 6 months from the day I ordered the couch to getting it right. 3 months was already too long, and had I known in January that I wasn’t going to get my couch until April, I would’ve bought a different couch.

I have always had a good experience shopping here, but today we bought new dinnerware, which is a cumbersome thing to get and pack up, and everyone who helped us was so helpful and kind. We really appreciate being able to shop in person and get this kind of assistance!

I had a wonderful experience at Crate & Barrel yesterday during some last minute holiday shopping, and I have to give a special shoutout to Courtney for going above and beyond. She wrapped my purchase, which was a gift for someone I love, with so much care and attention to detail that it made me feel truly special. She even mentioned how excited people get when they receive a Crate & Barrel box, and it’s clear she takes pride in making sure everything is perfect. Her thoughtful approach not only confirmed I made the right choice shopping here but also made me feel like I was in great hands. Courtney is an amazing representative of the store, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
