I don’t seem to be the only one experiencing pretty poor customer service. The whole customer service experience was appalling and very time consuming - without any satisfactory results. Long story short. I purchased a pair of very cute Golden Goose ballet pumps through Farfetch. Pumps I was very happy to finally find through Farfetch. Unfortunately, one of the shoes was faulty (stud came loose). I asked for an exchange or a partial refund to have the shoe repaired. This was not possible. They could only offer a refund if I returned the shoes, or a repair that would mean me returning the shoes and being without them for at least 45 days. Neither of these ‘solutions’ worked for me. They blamed their business model. Even understanding their business model, this doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have anything in place to ensure that the client is not suffering from this business model. It took over a month to conclude this unsatisfactory experience. I sent the first email on 23/6. With photos as evidence. It took several more emails to even get a first reaction. Then it seemed that more than one person was dealing with my complaint - unaware of each other trying to deal with this, and with completely different responses. When I pointed this out, it seemed to get streamlined a little better. Still taking days/weeks to get yet another response. Today - 25/7 - I got the answer they could be of no further assistance. Other than the unsatisfactory options offered. My response: I will not purchase from Farfetch again - the risk being too high especially purchasing premium products, and the customer service being very poor. Hope this information is of benefit to anyone thinking about purchasing anything from Farfetch again.

Expensive order given to a stranger — no refund after 3 weeks. I ordered from Farfetch in July 2025. FedEx “delivered” my package by handing it to a stranger on the street — someone I have never met. Proof of Delivery clearly shows “Direct Signature Required” but no signature collected and signed by “Y.Y” (not me). Despite sending multiple emails to both Farfetch and FedEx, I have received no refund and no replacement after more than two weeks. Farfetch, as the seller, is legally responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to the buyer — not to an unknown person. This is a clear violation of consumer protection laws. I am now forced to escalate to legal authorities and share my case publicly. My advice: until Farfetch resolves this, think twice before ordering.

Hello, I have bought sandals and wore them once realising they are unwearable. As in, too clunky, inflexible, and gave me bruises where straps are placed. Sent message to customer service and after several emails heard that they are non refundable as I wore them. Now sane logic would say you cannot know sandals are giving you bruises if you dont wear them for 20 minutes? No refund of course, and really to Max Mara - after £500 charge for sandals I'd expect I can wear them comfortably.

Ordered a two piece top (£300) and they only sent me half. The return function on the app is not working so I have been emailing for over a week and have heard nothing back until today when I received an email saying “the warehouse will update me when my item is found.” As I have explained 4 times now I just want to return my faulty item. It shouldn’t be so hard to simply get a refund for a mistake on your end. Baffling how a brand new item gets separated in two… I have seen many people complaining on social media about far fetch loosing their orders, sending faulty items and even fake items?! there’s clearly something going wrong company wide. Save yourself the stress (and money) and order else where.

Very disappointing experience with Farfetch I recently had a very frustrating experience with Farfetch that left me questioning their customer service and policies. I ordered a pair of shoes for £123.05 (including £10 shipping), but Farfetch sent me the wrong item. While they arranged a return and offered a £20 promo code, the refund they issued was only £102.54—not the full amount I originally paid. It's unacceptable to expect customers to cover shipping costs when the mistake was entirely on the company's side. To make matters worse, the correct pair of shoes I had originally intended to buy had gone up in price to £145. Even with the £20 promo code, I would now be paying £125—more than my original order. Essentially, I was being penalised financially for an error I didn’t make. Customer service was slow to resolve the issue, and the overall process has been time-consuming and disappointing. I expected better from a premium retailer. I hope Farfetch reconsiders how it handles these types of situations going forward. — Joseph

I ordered an item from Italy through Farfetch, with an expected delivery date of May 21. Today is June 18, and I still haven't received my order. I’ve contacted Farfetch customer support multiple times over the past few weeks, but they continue to ignore my messages. I also tried to reach out to FedEx, but they haven't responded either. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I paid for a product that never arrived and I’m being ignored by both the retailer and the courier. I do not recommend ordering from Farfetch — there seems to be no accountability when something goes wrong.

THIS IS SCAM! I bought the Jimmy Choo shoes, then was waiting for 2 weeks and then Farfetch easily cancelled my order by saying that the shoes are not available at the partner store anymore so Farfetch can order for me another pair with the different, of course, higher price! How do you run the business like this?No respect of the invoice and payment as a contract between you as a platform and a customer! Be careful if you buy something - because you never know if you get it! NEVER EVER AGAIN! P.S. customer support is just awful, they copy paste the same message to all my requests. They just don’t care!

Very bad service.. miserable .. i bought some home items 1 month ago and till now i didn’t receive any thing although it was mentioned that the delivery dates will be in first week of June .. i called their bad customer service department several times but their contact number is out of service .. they ignored d my emails…. They don’t reply on the WhatsApp….. i tried all communication channels as mentioned in their site and it is useless ….no reply at alllll…. they are the worst website ever comparing with other luxury websites like Myterressa and Netapporter …. In addition some of the items which at least arrived were not like tge pictures and i returned them back immediately and i still didn’t got my money back… the worst site ever.. i recommend not to purchase any thing from them
