Product never delivered. Foot Locker refused refund and redirected responsibility. Still out over $300. Complaint Details: I placed an online order through Foot Locker and used a combination of a gift card (purchased through Afterpay) and my own funds. The order was placed under advertised delivery terms, which clearly stated the delivery window. On the very day the item was supposed to arrive, the delivery date was suddenly changed without prior notice, pushing it outside the expected timeframe. Despite my immediate objection and multiple follow-ups with both Foot Locker and their carrier (FedEx), the item was never delivered. Foot Locker has since denied my claim, stating the package was marked "delivered," yet provided no proof of receipt, no signature, and no customer service resolution. I have also contacted Prezzee (the gift card provider) and Afterpay, and all parties are deflecting responsibility. I am now out over $300 and have not received the item I paid for. Foot Locker's customer service has been unhelpful and evasive, and their refusal to issue a refund or even escalate the matter properly is unacceptable. This is not only a violation of basic customer service expectations but also constitutes a failure to fulfill a paid contract. I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered product and that Foot Locker take full responsibility for the funds they accepted.

After my Aunt purchased over $400 worth of sneakers, she was denied a refund because she didn't have the box the shoes came in even though she had the receipt, the shoes were in pristine condition and it didn't say anything about having the original box for returns on the receipt. Furthermore, this all happened in under 30 days of her purchase. Please, do not waste your time spending your money at these stores... "All Footlocker" locations. They have no care or concern for customer service and the hard earned money you are apparently wasting in their locations.

Warning: NEVER order for home delivery. Foot Locker ships with a scam service called Smartkargo and they have a growing record of theft claims. If you research that service, tons of customers and video show empty Foot Locker boxes are showing up with opened packaging and shoes missing... in my case they didn't even reseal the box and took a fake "delivery proof" photo... Foot Locker employs them and this is partly their fault for ignoring mass complaints. Simple research shows the shipper is fraudulent. I give credit to the Foot Locker customer support for doing their best to make good and provide replacements for in-store pickup. But Foot Locker as a company needs to wake up about the scam shipper they're involved with.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I got a gift card for Christmas and it was hacked. They basically told me too bad oh well! One person I spoke with told me the person should’ve given me cash cause cash is better anyway. Worst customer service I ever received. I will never shop at foot locker again. I will make sure I tell my friends as well as my coworkers. I am a nurse in a hospital.

Went to get my granddaughter sneakers although there were about 10 employees walking around no one cared tobwait on us. One girl said wait until someone comes out of back room. No one came, we left. A few people left also. I will never go to foot locker again.

So I recently purchased two pairs of shoes at the fashion place Mall foot locker. The lady helping me told me that my receipt would be sent to my email. I explained to her my email twice. I spelled it out for her the third time I did not get the email. One of the pairs of shoes I needed to do a return so I called to talk or find out information what I could do since I never received the email. I didn't know the manager answered the phone but when I explained to him that I never received the email. He got rude belittled me and got smart. My perception was that he was telling me I was Sol and basically he was that if I didn't verify the email a tough luck. I wanted to either exchange or get a refund again. I was told I was Sol. So he hung up on me which I upset me. I drove all the way back out to fashion place Mall only to be belittled again. I talk loud. I'm a marine former Marine so I have a loud voice. I wasn't yelling but he walked away. Basically told me I was Sol. Good luck calling corporate. He wasn't going to help me. Luckily. Clara, the assistant manager and I give her $10. She interceded and she handled everything she took care of. Everything got me the receipt, found my purchase and sent me to another Mall valley Fair Mall. She is the one that should be the manager. She hasn't manager skills. The other guy that was there he shouldn't even be a janitor

Do not purchase Footlocker gift cards! The company is scamming customers. I bought a 2 gift cards for my grandson and sent via UPS, but the package was lost or stolen. Nike was able to stop payment on the card. Footlocker claims they don't have a way to stop payment even though they verified the card was not used. So they get to keep my money or wait for the thief to use it. Either way they get paid but I am out my money. I will never buy from Footlocker ever again.

Had my order cancelled called customer care fixed the issue ordered again they cancelled again!!! They then stated it was another issue with the payment info that I was not told the first time. Called corporate I got the run around right back to customer service and the same manager I spoke to the first time. This order was a birthday gift and I had funds taken and held from my account so now I am unable to reorder in time for the birthday date. Thanks footlocker will never purchase another thing from you!!!
