I was a loyal customer referred to in another response by gardening naturally. But I will not be again. I purchased some greenhouse clips for fleece and the fleece itself all c£26 pounds worth. First of all the clips didn't work they just kept falling out I gave up on gardening naturally and went to the garden centre and purchased some that did. The fleece however was sold as UV stabilised and spun for durability with the ability to be washed and put away to be used again. Absolute rubbish. I put the fleece up in sept and have been taking it down today 20th June it's disintegrating and shredding as I take it down the only purpose it's fit for is the bin. I contacted gardening naturally saying how disappointed I was and that previous fleece I had ordered from them had lasted years I offered to return the fleece as it was not fit for purpose and asked for a refund. There response if you can call it a response was Thank you for your email, I have sent this over to our product development team, unfortunately this is outside of our 30 day terms as this was purchased last year so I will be unable to offer you a refund Kind regards Debbie So the crux is they have sold me a product not fit for the purpose they state of lining a greenhouse through the winter or protecting crops in the garden and because I didn't spot this within 30 days it's my fault. I attach the photos I sent them. I have never experienced such shocking customer service, no value is placed on retaining customers they are simply interested in shifting sub standard goods and taking your money. My advice is do not order from this company they do not deserve your custom. Come on gardening naturally do the decent thing refund me.

The product arrived! We opened one box found the product to be very poor quality and so organised through Amazon the return to the supplier! Who then claimed to have not received the packages and told us it was our loss not there’s! So we set about tracking the packages down only to find the courier was able to provide proof of return to gardening naturally more than 24 hours before gardening naturally had informed me they hadn’t received them! After this revelation Gardening Naturally claimed that one package was damaged and only returned half my money! I am now persuing Gardening Naturally through both Amazon and the small claims court. I have video evidence via cctv at home and ring doorbell as well as supporting cctv from the Spa shop I returned them at( thankfully it’s my local shop) that clearly shows the packages remained undamaged my end! I would warn others about the quality and dishonest practices of this company! REMEMBER YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING UNTIL IT ARRIVES! Sadly after that well you know the rest! Reply 26/04/25 Firstly the courier is your courier, the packaging your packaging and having read through your review history it’s clear this is an approach you take often or a problem you have ignored in the past and expected your poor victims (customer would imply a satisfactory transaction rather than this where you have my money and my planter lol! You have a strange understanding of customer service! Furthermore unlike “Bexx who interestingly experienced the exact same scenario with you and your company as she detailed in her review dated 20/12/24 on Trustpilot I will not go away until you return my money! It’s clear from your reviews that approximately 67% of customers are happy with 33% being very unhappy which means you have a 1 in 3 failure rate with customers and a past history of abusing those that complain in a personal fashion! All proof shoot we get to court. Just to summarise the current situation from your point of view is The blame is all ours and the total loss is also all ours The planters are yours The cash is yours The packaging is yours The returns delivery company is also your choice DPD. Have I got that correct! Lol Pps how when you treated Bexx exactly the same referenced earlier have you not improved your packaging or processes or for that matter quality? Any way I look at this it’s clear you’re either incompetent or dishonest we will find out which in court!

Kat and Scott have been marvellous. Great service. Prompt responses. We decided to order a large amount of products during Covid-19 and the response was excellent. They offered help planning and calculating, always keeping me updated on the orders, and both times the materials were here in super quick time. The products are great quality and good prices. Highly recommend this company and its people.

Received wrong item. They then kept trying to bribe me to keep it with discounts. Seems like they updated the listing but forgot to update the website and now I'm out of pocket and without what I ordered. Had to cancel the garden work and now even worse off financially.

Extremely impressed with the speed of delivery of my fruitcage netting, especially during this time of pandemic. Ordered on 28/04 and arrived on 02/03. The product itself is good quality and packed so it is easy to place over the cage.

I've bought quite a wide range of items from this firm and have been more than satisfied with all of them. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service when I made a mistake with an online order. The more we can all garden naturally the better in my view!

I had to chase my order 10 days after expected delivery date, was told they don’t have the stock available. I’ve had no email to let me know my delivery wasn’t arriving as scheduled, which is very poor customer service in my eyes. I won’t use you again Update: Response to reply: If I had received a email as you stated, I wouldn’t of contacted you asking where my order was, no order update or email received prior to my email to you.
