The technician was very helpful with my needs. When I got to a room I went to wash my hands and there was no hand soap in the dispenser. I asked for some and he said he had no access no the supplies so I left to buy my own hand soap. In the morning I got up to brush my teeth and there was no paper towels left in the dispenser. After what I went through for hand soap I just used a clean shirt I brought to dry my hands with. The bed was OK comfy, glad I got the adjustable bed. If you need coffee to wake up bring your own cause they don't have anything. I brought my own water.

I also love that I can text the office directly and always get a timely, personalized response. Dr. Mohan books far out these days (he’s that good!), but I fully trust anyone on his team to uphold the same integrity and ethical care I’ve experienced. I highly recommend Valley Sleep Center to anyone with a complex or established sleep disorder, especially if you're seeking real answers or a second opinion. Sleep disorders are more than just neurological or psychological—a proper sleep study is essential. Their sleep labs feel more like home than a clinic, which makes a big difference in getting accurate results. I completed a sleep study on 3.18.25 at the Chandler Valley Sleep Center. My Dr. referred me so I checked out their reviews before booking a consultation. The majority of their bad reviews are about billing which doesn't bother me much. Their good reviews are mostly about their staff and facility which is more important to me so I went in for the overnight study. The staff was great and the facility very clean and comfortable ... but what happened the next morning has me flabbergasted!! All night long I tossed and turned hearing some sort of flapping or tapping noise. At first I wasn't sure if it was real or just another crazy dream (precisely why I was in for a sleep study). Sometimes I would wake enough to try to figure out what it was but would then fall back asleep. I think I woke 5-6 times that night due to that ANNOYING sound! The next morning when my tech woke me at 5:20 am and asked how I feit I had slept, I started explaining the odd flapping sound ... but before I could even finish ... she told me exactly what it was! Apparently it happens all the time in that room!! It was the bathroom vent fan. She explained that several patients had complained about the issue but there was "nothing that could be done!" She went on to say they had considered offering ear plugs to their patients ... but yet THEY DON'T!! When I asked her if she realized the irony that THEY ARE A SLEEP CLINIC, she had no response!! I couldn't believe they knowingly put me (or any other patient) in that room to be tortured all night long!! They didn't even consider asking if my sleep issue was being a light sleeper so I could be put in a different room! My husband could have slept thru a freight train going thru that room ... I on the other hand wake when hearing a pin drop. DID I MENTION THE PLACE IS A SLEEP CENTER??!! I paid $120 to be tortured all night ... I could have slept like crap at home for FREE!

I had my sleep study last night at Chandler’s Valley sleep center. It was a very positive experience easy peezy. The technician that helped me was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well, every step of the way. The room is incredible very homey. The bed did have a big dip in the mattress that was a little bit uncomfortable, but not unbearable. I’m excited to get the results and to start feeling better.

Great experience! I was nervous coming into this. I didn’t want a cpap, and it seemed weird having someone watch me sleep. Jamie was an amazing tech that made me feel at ease about the process. He has done thousands of sleep studies and is a true professional. If you are struggling with sleep, I strongly suggest you visit these folks.

The Dr. did not show up for my virtual appointment that was set 3 weeks in advance. Very disappointed. If I cannot rely on these people to show up for a simple appointment how can I trust them with the future of my sleep? Do better.

I totally recommend Valley Sleep Center for your sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Mohan is superb patient and listens the front office. Staff are super friendly patient and everyone here makes you feel welcome.

Dr Townsend is the most incredible human being in the entire world. We have been struggling with a PA for a CPAP machine for 5-6 months, he is personally going above and beyond for my husband helping him figure out this problem, and I don't think he understands how much of a difference he just made in our lives by helping him. Thanks to the whole team for dealing with us calling every few days trying to get updates, and thanks to Dr Townsend especially for helping my favorite person in the world get closer to feeling better.
