Purchased a carry-on suitcase from a seller on Poshmark. Upon arrival I discovered that it was a hardcase suitcase designed to carry a laptop. From the description I thought I was purchasing a regular carry-on suitcase. Contacted Poshmark requesting a refund. After sending them 12 pictures and 3 videos my return request was denied. That was my first and last purchase from Poshmark.

I am a BUYER My warning - Do not buy here! Some of the vendors are scammers Dropped $1500 for 4 dresses. No customer support except for an email asking me to file a complaint The on site just asks for photos I HAVE NOT RECEIVED anything - how can I send a photo???

Scammers, do not shop at poshmark, ashleys customer service is a joke, if you shop as a guest and want to file a return you need to make an account but once you make an account the item you purchase does not pop up, even after following procedure and hyperlinks linked with the item on emails, she sounds like a broken record about making an account even after explaining that you did. They just release the funds and let you figure it out with the bank. DO NOT SHOP HERE

These little buttons is what they sent me and I needed the size for my pants since I bought these other pair that came with a broken button. So I asked to get an exchange for proper size and they said, “ Thanks for submitting your comment. We'll review your case and make sure to let you know once we make a decision. 1 day ago Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return. As a courtesy, we have added $5 in Posh Credit to your account which can be used toward a future purchase. You can also keep the order and there is no need to ship it back to the seller.”

4 years and they weren't bad in the beginning. Now they are horrible. They don't respond to any emails. So I love bombed them with many because they locked my account because I changed my email. They owe me money about $100 dollars from sales. Will they respond? Will they pay? Who knows they ghost you and keep your money.

The most unprofessional group of people I have ever Delt with . They are beyond greedy. They have no problems, suspending, canceling or violating any of their top sellers I WAS violated for a product yet they’re 40 of the exact same products being listed by other top sellers!!!! I worked 4 to 6 hours A day on my Poshmark closet. I paid $140 a month for a promotional closet.JOKE DONT DO IT. I had to remove some listings because of all the flooding in New York this past week and I was suspended for a week for EXCESSIVE removing listings. The listings were removed because the items are no longer available. They are damaged. Poshmark could care less. I am suspended for a week. What a slap in the face I work seven days a week list items daily. This was the last straw. I suggest nobody uses Poshmark. They go to eBay Facebook Karba. There’s a lot of other platforms to sell on. I just wish I knew this before I put all of my eggs in one basket with Poshmark. If you do not want to make any money, then Poshmark is the place for you!! If you want to be violated and suspended and have no customer service, Poshmark is a place for you!!!!! If you never wanna be able to get a hold of a human being when your site crashes, Poshmark is the place for you!!!

I wanted to return Poshmark ask me over and over to send photos then said they were blurry.. no they were not ..yet I took the pictures and sent again .. and they denied me a return Yet seller says she had no issue with return . Pashmark has not contacted her @haleywhite2020 The boots are still in shipping box ! New : I called padhmark they say none available to take call ??????? Don't get caught in there trap go to BBB .read up on pashmark!! .

If there was a Zero rating on here, that's what they would get from us! They are scammers. We're new on there to sell. We got contacted by them stating that one of our product was sold! To contact them and go thru the process. We're told to give a credit card to make sure it's legit bank account. Been new and thinkingthis was a reliable company, we did it. They took $150 out only to confirm it was active. Then they wanted us to open a credit card thru this company (which I forgot the name) to open it by getting a $300 credit! By now we knew this wasn't right (should of know before we gone thru all this so far, our bad) so talk to the AI customer service to help us but didn't help. We wanted a number to talk to a "Live Person". But insisted to contact on email. But i guess the AI didn't like us asked too many times about getting number that we were blocked. So I went on Google to get number. So now finally we'll be talk to a real person. But to our surprise we were mislead. Called and got a voice message center to leave a message! "Leave a message." If this was a legit company, why wouldn't I be able to talk to a representative. They should have several. But instead got an answer machine. Forsure we got mislead. So I contacted my bank to block any transaction for the $150. But to our surprise they charge in total $400. We got scammed. I can't believe this is a company that supposedly is legit! Of course not! Were Contacting all Government Agencies in California to make a complaint to make sure Noone else gets screwed. So WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! OR YOU'LL GET SCREWED out of $$$$$!
