I've done over 100+ shipments with Ship Sticks and can't say enough good things about them. Even when flight delays happen, they've hired a courier service to make sure the bag arrives on-time. I've had things come up either from the airlines or the carriers and Ship Sticks seems to give their best effort to make their clients happy. Their service only seems to be getting better, thanks for all you do!

Over priced and underperformed. Paid over $700 US for 2 sets to go from BC to Hawaii return. I said our clubs cannot arrive before Feb. 1 and they said ok. They arrived Jan. 31 and were left in the hall outside the condo we were renting. Thankfully they weren’t stolen. I asked what I do about the clubs that were just left there and they said find someone to store them, um, thanks for nothing. I paid someone $150 to pick them up, store them and deliver them when we got there. I asked Ship Sticks if they would refund me the $150 due to their early delivery that they originally confirmed wouldn’t happen and they said they can’t guarantee delivery dates? On the way home they said they would get home within “11” days of pickup! 11 days?? I would not recommend Ship Sticks if you care when they arrive and don’t mind them just dumping at the location whenever it suits them. Update - After receiving a call from Ship Sticks they agreed to provide a partial refund. I’m told they are revamping their site to make details on using their service clearer, particularly for new users. Convenience is 5 stars but delivery & timing needs attention.

Ship Sticks is an absolute disaster. I've had a complete nightmare trying to ship my golf clubs from Florida to Chicago. They picked them up on a Monday 5/5/25 for a guaranteed Friday 5/9/25 delivery—and completely botched it. Instead of owning the mistake, they tried to shift blame to FedEx or the carrier, ignoring their own role in the mess. To make things worse, their customer service (or logistics?) rep, Brian C., was completely unhelpful. When I pushed for accountability and a real solution, he actually said: “Well, you should have told us you needed the clubs by 10:30am Saturday.” Are you kidding me? THE CLUBS WERE DUE FRIDAY AND THAT'S YOUR WHOLE BUSINESS, LITERALLY!! You were already late, and that was his solution? Now my clubs are in limbo with no clear timeline, and I’m leaving town again. I have no idea how this is going to be resolved. This has been the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau—that's not a threat, but a promise.

Truly horrible experience with Shipsticks. Not only have my clubs been stuck in New Zealand for 14days now, the manager informed me that he is UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO SHARE HIS COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING THE INVESTIGATION, rather he will reach out when he has an update. Really? Day after day and no updates? No apologies or information about efforts being made. Just a chip on his shoulder if I dare ask any question about my clubs. Wow. Not sure how this is white glove service. Sigh

My first experience will be my only. My clubs and bag were SOAKING wet and a day late (paid for the highest priced service to avoid this to begin with). Rusty irons and wedges, ruined golf gloves, broken stand bag. Thank God I didn’t send my woods or putter up with this delivery. Very unimpressed. I chose another route to get my clubs back home. Then they send you a claim report to fill out that takes forever and said they’ll give you the used value, etc… aka pennies on the dollar or what you paid for the item. —- they did reimburse me some money so they tried to make it right but still a bummer!

Do not use if you need reliability. First time I used it for my dream trip at Pebble beach, they literally lost my clubs and couldn’t find them until a week later. Didn’t have my clubs or shoes for all 4 golf days. They were professional and reimbursed me for rentals, but too little too late. Edit: in response to their response, the bag was given to the station exactly as instructed. Don't know anything about the shipping label being detached. Like I said: they are professional, but things happen in their logistics system so don't use for important things.

Never use Shipsticks!! I had my clubs set to arrive at the course 2 days before my first round of my golf trip and Shipsticks still didn’t get them delivered on time. Customer service was absolutely useless and gave me a ton of false information. They said they would be delivered first thing in the morning 3 days after the original arrival date and they weren’t delivered until the afternoon. They also marked them as delivered 4 hours before they were actually delivered and they were marked as delivered to the wrong course. I will tell every golfer I ever meet to never use Shipsticks. Truly awful company with terrible customer service.

Excellent and very affordable and trustworthy service. I paid only $89 to ship my golf clubs from Florida to California and it only took 5 days to get there. I had them boxed at the UPS Store for $25 and then I dropped them off to the FedEx location. The regular USPS post office had quoted me $255.00! No thank you. I stick with ShipSticks.
