First and last time ordering a shoe from their website. They charged me $9 for shipping and they shipped my shoes in a bag. Not surprisingly, the shoe box was OBLITERATED. Don’t do business with them unless you have to. If you have options when ordering your sneakers do yourself a favor and go with a retailer that cares about the customer experience. As a collector, I’ve ordered hundreds of shoes and I don’t think I’ve ever seen something so out of touch from such a large retailer. I’m baffled that you would run your business this way. If small boutique retailers can double box you should have a CFO competent enough to save money elsewhere so your customers don’t have such a negative experience.

I was interested in ordering something on their website, but had some questions before doing so. I sent a couple emails without any response (although they continued sending sales/promotional emails). I then tried calling by phone and their automated system kept taking me in circles, because I didn't have an order number. My last attempt was by social media, to no avail. These were all done 1 to 2 weeks ago and the item is now no longer available. I had never ordered from them before and they had a chance of getting their first from me, but their customer service (or lack thereof), shows they don't want it. I will never make a purchase from this company, whether through their website or any stores.

**WARNING: Avoid Shopping at This SHOE STORE I recently purchased a pair of Nike shoes and have been attempting to return or exchange them for over two weeks. Despite numerous attempts, including multiple phone calls and emails, I have consistently encountered difficulties in reaching customer service. When attempting to contact the company, I have been unable to reach the phone number provided. Additionally, calls have been disconnected, and emails have gone unanswered. The initial email I received instructed me to provide the packing slip, which I duly did. However, I have yet to receive a response within the promised 24-48 hours.

I ordered a pair of Jordans during Shoe Palace’s Cyber Monday sale 2024. Once I opened the box, there’s no paper covering the shoes and all I see is “stretch marks” on the shoes as it has been worn. I picked up one shoe and saw the toe of the shoe is ceased like someone tipped toed in them. I emailed Shoe Palace and I did receive a response saying I will receive a prepaid label to get my full refund. 48+hrs later, called and replied to email, no response. Worse customer service ever! I hope Shoe Palace bankrupt and vanish!!!!

I will never order from this site ever again. Customer service completely sucks, you can’t get in contact with no one. Numbers are not in service and they don’t respond to emails. I placed 2 orders in March, one pair was damaged and the other, the sneaker box was crushed because they packaged it in a bag. They just take your money and don’t care about the quality of service. I would not recommend them.

Joke of a company. Thank goodness I ordered through PayPal so I could get a refund. Customer service sucks and won’t answer the phone. Heck, you can’t even cancel your order through their website. Stay far away.

Daium I should of looked at theese reviews before I ordered my shoes will update post on the outcome. Hopefully I get my shoes brand new and not damaged or whatever else. Its 8/08/2025 still have not received my shoes i ordered june/26.
