The company itself and personnel are trustworthy, professional and understanding, the process itself needs vast improvement. If they would just get a 3-D equipment lab like the one office I used when dealing with SmileDirect in my area this process would have been so much faster and efficient. I could have had my impressions done quickly and correctly the first time. Because the trial and error trying to get a proper set of impressions doing it yourself took 3 mths of my time due to phone calls, lack of prompt communication to get to this phase of this long journey. Now I wait for the retainers to be made and mailed to me before this ordeal is completed.

Overall, my results are OK. My two front bottom teeth are still crooked after almost two years, and one of my front teeth on the top has turned on its side a bit. Customer service will not help me. They only want to sell me another retainer, rather than help me fix my teeth. You get what you pay for. I would not use Alignerco if I could go back and start again. UPDATE: Alignerco wants me to pay an additional fee of $180 to fix my teeth. The will not guarantee the results they promised at the beginning of the process.

I work in community mental health so am orthodontist is too rich for my bank account. I compared clear aligner providers and Alignerco fit the bill. I was worried until I found tiktok reviews which helped me to feel at ease with my decision. My video session with Alan Shaw was exceptionally supportive and he remained patient even though the webcam on my work PC continued to turn itself off, necessitating continual restarts of my video. His explanations were thorough and clear and he was kind and respectful throughout the session. The impression trays made me wish for a bigger mouth. I was thankful I had lip balm on hand to aid in the stretching of my mouth around the trays. I chose AlignerCo because the price was so much more affordable than other clear aligner companies, and I really liked that it didn’t require in-person dentist visits. So far, my experience has been great! My kit arrived on time and everything was well-organized. The video session was especially helpful—the specialist guided me step by step through making my impressions and answered all of my questions, which gave me confidence in the process. Overall, I’m really happy with my choice and excited to continue my treatment with AlignerCo.

I've made impressions in the past. I also watched videos as a refresher. I didn't want to have to do their free video call. I did my impressions and they approved the pics. Then they received them and said they wouldn't work. They said I would need to do a video call. So, I did that. The technique the person showed me, Alignerco could have easily just made a video demonstrating. They want to get you on the video call to try to upgrade your purchase. The lady that walked me through the steps was pretty professional until half way through the process. Then she began to try and sell me the upgrade from day to night. She explained the difference and said I could think about. A minute later she was asking if I decided. That's not getting to think about it. This happened several more times the remainder of the call. I felt bullied. I already said I would think about it. Definitely felt like she must get a commission for an up sell. She said the day time aligners were more likely to break because they weren't made of a material as good as the night time ones. She said the night time ones are made of better material due to teeth grinding. She said the day time ones would probably irritate me because I would have to wear them so many hours. She said they would be difficult to talk with. If you're selling a product shouldn't they both be good? Then she asked why I didn't want to upgrade. I said I had done research and wearing them just during the night took longer because your teeth shift back slightly during the day. So, it takes twice as long to get the results. She said she had never heard that and it was wrong. She said it in a very condescending way. She was pushy and rude. She asked me again if I would upgrade. I said I was gonna stick with what I chose but I would think about it. Then she sent me a link to give a google review and a trust pilot review. She asked me to do the review while she was on the phone and send her the screenshots while we were on the phone. An upstanding company doesn't do that. How can I give a review when I don't even have my impressions yet and this has been my experience up to this point?  I'll update this review when I receive my impressions. And again after months of usage.
