Purchased an all Organic Latex Mattress from Plush beds. The Warranty states they cover the mattress for a Lifetime. This is very misleading. After only 4 years the mattress has very significant sag measured over 2 inches with a standard mattress measuring procedure. (Plush states over 1 1/2 is considered defective) After sending several pictures and dealing with someone in the phone multiple times. They wanted us to take apart each layer of the mattress and re measure and take more pictures. Their solution was to then send us one or more layers to be replaced. This may have been acceptable but they wanted us to pay the shipping on heavy pieces of layers of latex. This is very different process after simply stating “Lifetime Warranty”. No monetary solution was available. This was a $2,500 plus purchase. I also sent pictures of my steel frame foundation with 6 points of ground contact/ support and new box springs with a perfectly level base. This was never mentioned as a possible cause for the breakdown when discussing the warranty but in the company reply to this review they are now mentioning and blaming it. Please see pictures added to verify it is not at fault. I would strongly caution against buying one of their beds based on our experience. They are okay with a 4 year old bed breaking down and charging you shipping to deal with it. Very disappointed in the service after the sale.

purchased my 9 inch Plush Botanical Bliss latex mattress directly from the manufacturer which had a special discount on a certain holiday, as they have year round. I ordered the 9 inch latex combo, because the website recommends 9 inch if you are under 200 pounds. They included some sheets and pillows which retail for about $300 , but they are not worth more than $25. The mattress arrived and the quality looks very good, especially the plush cotton cover. The total mattress weighs well over 200 pounds,, but comes in different density foams to match your desires from soft to firm/ The mattress from the get go was not firm enough for my licking, so they recommended having the firmer latex on top and purchasing and 3 inch topper to give me 12 inches of mattress. So maybe the claim that 12 inches of foam is designed for a 250 pound person is misleading,, because I am 185 pounds. Recently I noticed that my impressions are getting worse and I am moving towards the low spots in the middle of my bed. I travel often and only notice when I return home. I called up Plush beds about the warranty,, they claim a 20 year warranty on the latex, which is great. Unfortunately, only 1% of the applicants only get approved, passing the bar exam is easier and Maria Jamison is more demanding than my drill sergeant when I was in the marines. She request close up pictures , because the impressions must be a minimum of 1.5 inches deep and even if you send her a photo of a 2 inch impression,, she will still deny the claim,, which knocks out 50% of the applicants immediately, I you respond to the email and ask how she determined the answer, you will get an excuse that the picture did not come through properly. Next she wants fotos, from the bed manufacturer,, type of wood, how old the bed is,, the person who made it , more photos of the mattress on the floor ,, between the 68 and 75 degrees, etc. After many emails back and forth Maria .Jamison offered to give me a 2 inch latex as long as I pay $212 for shipping and handling charges, as a 1 time courtesy. Amazon has similar latex toppers for less than $150 and free delivery. The 2 inch latex has a cost of less than $50 and Plush beds have a special rate with the large shippers that also cost around $40. Should I let Maria.Jamison keep my topper and I just order from Amazon or take the 2 inch topper and lose any future happiness of dealing with Maria,Jamisom again?

I accidently ordered the wrong size foundation (the one I was looking for was out of stock); thankfully double checked order and was able to email right away. The customer service was outstanding (first Jen, then Mark) - kept me informed, got the product returned to the warehouse before landing at my house, and walked me through updating the order to the size I needed as it had come back in stock. Super fast shipping as well! The instructions for putting it together left something to be desired...had to do a fair bit of back and forth, but I figured it out eventually and it seems to be making a difference already :) VERY happy with purchase thus far, and the company reps were just fantastic. Will definitely try other products as I need them!

Buyer beware! At this time I feel bamboozled. After reading many independent reviews, comparing different manufacturers, and then comparing models on the Plushbeds website, reading their free return guarantee, and calling/emailing their (excellent) customer support I felt good about ordering and chose a *Luxury Bliss (coil combo) in medium-firm.* At the time I was purchasing it was listed as 50% off. This mattress is UNUSABLE. Literally, the worst. Got it set up, sat on the edge, hit the wood of the foundation. Then laid down and my butt sagged down to the wood on the foundation. I’m a 5’6” 135lb woman. I called customer support and the “excellent and friendly” tone changed. They said that is how the mattress is supposed to feel. Seemed like gaslighting. I stated there was a difference between a softer feel/sleep and being able to feel the wood slats on the foundation. I’m so shocked and disappointed. Buyer beware: it is NOT free returns. You either have to get the mattress repackaged and shipped at your own cost or pay to have them arrange a pickup company. I was told that will cost approximately $149, which I believe is the cheaper than trying to pack and ship independently. My scenario has yet to play out, so I will update my review if somehow they come through with a reasonable resolution. Regardless, at this time, I felt compelled to let warn others of three things: - I believe the unanimous 5 star reviews on their website are too good to be true. I feel like an idiot for not finding and reading reviews here first. - Whatever you do, do NOT order the luxury bliss coil combo mattress. - Despite what the website says, it is NOT free returns I hope this helps someone not make the same mistake I did.

Do not under any circumstances by anything from plush bed made with wool. I bought two wool pillows and they smell horribly. There is an odor coming from the pillows and I cannot sleep on them I cannot even have them near me. I've called plush beds and they are remedy is for me to ventilate the pillows. The pillows have been ventilated outside of the box for approximately 3 days and it has not helped. Plush beds will not return the pillows and to make matters worse I bought a wool mattress topper that I'm expecting tomorrow. Of course they will not take the mattress topper back even though I haven't yet gotten delivery. I don't think it benefits anyone to shop with this vendor. You don't know what you're getting and when you get something that's substandard they will not take the item or items back. There are better places to shop with your hard-earned money don't shop at Plush Beds.

I had high expectations for my PlushBeds mattress given the premium price and the company’s reputation for quality. Regrettably, both the mattress and foundation have been nothing short of disappointing. Upon returning to our PlushBeds mattress after a temporary switch to a $350 Costco mattress, the comfort level was noticeably inferior. The lack of support has led to sleepless nights and even back pain, impacting our well-being significantly. To make matters worse, the foundation uses what can only be described as pallet-quality wood, resulting in a very unstable product. Assembly was a nightmare; no instructions were included, the textile zipper broke easily, and we were expected to use wing nuts as hardware. Additionally, the wood was poorly processed, leading to a mess during assembly and multiple splinters. Customer service initially offered a post-trial comfort exchange but later revoked this offer, proposing a 50% discount on a new latex topper as a remedy. This doesn’t address the core issues we’ve faced or meet the level of quality and service I expected when investing in PlushBeds. I urge potential buyers to consider all options and read reviews carefully before making such a significant investment. With my experience, I can only give this product a 1-star rating.
