I see some of the 5 star reviews here are written by the Rethink employees. I see their names in my email contact chain with this company. Sad. I received a defective jar of watery, pink colored cream with no expiration date. I thought this was strange but it was my 1st purchase so I did not know this was not normal until I received my next order, which was thick, white, fluffy cream with a clear expiration date. God only knows what they sent me and what I put on my body. I contacted the company once I realized the cream originally sent did not match the new cream and they told me this was absolutely not correct, every product has an exp date stamped on the bottom and to send it back and gave me a verbal and written $ amount for a refund, then did not honor the amount they specified. We’ve attached a return label so you can send the pink-colored cream back to us for testing. I have been a repeat customer, and if I used a 25% discount code originally, and spent months using a defective product, and had to spend my valuable time repeatedly calling and emailing then packing up the product and taking it to the post office, the least they could do is honor the refund they put in writing to me. It is not about the $19, it about honoring what you write and recognizing my time is valuable and I was using an obviously defective product. Now I will no longer be a customer. With all the options for CBD products, who I am sure have much better quality control than REThink, I would take my business elsewhere if I were you.

CBD ReThink has changed the CBD game for sure! I have had trouble sleeping for a couple months now. As a full time college student, late nights and early morning are the norm for me. I usually don't leave a review for company products but I have decided this would be very beneficial for someone out there. So I recently encountered these products because a friend of mine had recommended them. Mind you , I'm not a huge CBD product user but because of the circumstances, I said what the hey lets do it. So back to my friend, she had gifted me a small CBD roll on of 250mg. And we never got to use it in my household until recently when my mother started to getting grout pains over her body. My mum was very desperate to alleviate the pain that we had tried about anything by now and nothing worked. So I remembered the gift my friend gave me. My mum used it and she felt a bit relief upon contact but was still in much pain. So I decided to look CBDRethink up and lo and behold they had larger quantities. I called up the rep there, I think it was Mar or Marwa (Can't remember to be honest) and she was super sweet and helped guide me in getting a good product. So anyway, long story short, I got 1000mg and my mum tried it (which btw shipping was pretty quick which is ++) and she said that she started to feel so much relief. Although not 100% of it was gone but it was at least 80% of relief was applied. And I'm talking about how she wasn't even able to walk, type of critical. So overall, I'm thankful for this company because it helped us tremendously in the most critical time.
