I have never had such horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a replacement pair for a defective order for almost 2 months. I have 2 case numbers (08015518, 07852460) open and have been told by 2 supervisors that my replacement pair was arriving only to be told that none of the pairs have been shipped. Then was told by a 3rd that I would get a credit and a new pair expedited. Called back today since I never got the email confirmation I was supposed to get only to be told that the reference number (08213106) I was given does not exist and that no replacement pairs were ever shipped because she put the wrong information. Crocs you need to look into this, this does not match your culture or standards for quality!

I don't typically have strong feelings about shoes of any kind, but Crocs are an S-tier piece of footwear. I've had my current pair of crocs for four years- they've endured hundreds of excursions into pebble-laden creek beds to dig for arrowheads and/or fossils, hikes across rocky and sandy terrain, I even had a breakage on one of the straps that was easy to fix with a small amount of adhesive. They're also more than suitable for everyday wear, and through heavy rainstorms when you want to save other shoes from getting drenched. Crocs are versatile, durable, affordable, aesthetic. Can't go wrong buying a pair.

Crocs inc sends promotional QR codes that don’t work…. This is a regular tactic. None of their promotions work. The QR coded promos direct you to an area of the site to give your telephone number to get “promotions” None of the promotions ever work, they are literally handing out fake promotional materials to trick you so they can data mine, track and sell your data. The crocs I recently purchased full price because the promotion didn’t work, the graphics are peeling off and have bubbles all under the graphic. I’m returning them. You have lost a long time customer.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Staff Behavior Crocs at Twin Cities Outlet 3965 Eagan Outlets Parkway Suite 415 Eagan, MN 5512 Visited this Crocs outlet and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The manager was rude and unprofessional. We were told to pick up all the shoes from the floor, even those we clearly hadn’t touched or tried on. There was no clear communication and the way it was handled was arrogant and accusatory. There was zero courtesy or basic customer support. This is not what you expect from an international brand like Crocs. I would not recommend shopping here — be careful, as you might be blamed for things you didn’t even do.

Crocs has huge issues in the manufacturing of their shoes, especially their clogs. I have worn Crocs every day for the past 8 years and have purchased around 20 pairs. Approximately 2 1/2 years ago, Crocs clogs changed. The clogs started coming 3/4 to 1 inch wider than they should and used to be made. That equates to 3 to 4 sizes larger in the width. This means that you will spend all day kicking debris out of your shoes, and if you wear them for anything active like hiking in your Crocs OFF Road or All Terrain clogs your feet will swim in them, you'll risk having a clog come off of your foot, and you will find yourself in a position to injure yourself wearing Crocs. I have informed Crocs customer service of the issues several times, received replacement pairs, and the replacements came in worse. Crocs is either running their mold press temperatures too high and kicking the shoes out of the press quickly to increase their production rates, or they changed their Chinese molds and didn't factor in the correct shrink allowances. You now have to purchase smaller sizes because of the width issues. Look at the pictures I have attached here. Crocs, you haven't been listening, and that makes your company leadership inadequate, to say the least. You better get your quality issues addressed, or your sales will suffer. I would not recommend anyone to buy Crocs unless you have huge feet to match the huge sizes and you are wearing them to only shuffle around in. Crocs are now only good for shuffling because they no longer fit your feet correctly as they used to. Take this review from someone who has worn Crocs every day for the past 8 years and also spent 37 years in manufacturing, having made molds for injection molding machines like the ones Crocs uses to manufacture their poor quality shoes.

One of the most dishonest dealings I have ever had with an online purchase, sadly. Unfortunately, I read the of poor customer service in review after review and a response from crocs saying “they will bring it to the attention of the team”, but it appears nothing has changed. Spend your money elsewhere. Literally, anywhere else.

It's a damn shame Crocs won't submit me a refund! I placed an order Nov 25th shipped my Crocs out and got delivered to a different location. I called them and they sent out a replacement. That replacement got delivered somewhere else. I ended up going to that location and my package wasn't there. I then called to be put on hold for over an hour and got nowhere. The supervisor was beyond busy and couldn't talk to me. Looks like Crocs isn't liable for replacement shipments is what the lady said over the phone. What the F so who is liable? I'm beyond frustrated and out of my money! I've spent thousands on your product and now you lost a loyal customer! What a pathetic company! !!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MISSING DELIVERED ITEMS !!!

***THEY SHRINK IN THE SUN**** Bought several pairs for the gym and at home. Got them wet and put out in the sun to dry, and they shrunk like 2 sizes. Very surprised as I thought you could wear in Miami Sun to the beach? The White Sandals become stained after a couple of uses, and there seems no way to clean off. Will consider another brand for future purchase. By the way upgrade a size if you buy? ***WENT TO DADELAND STORE in MIAMI, FLORIDA and they REFUSED to EXCHANGE*** TOLD I NEEDED to CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was a POORLY STORE ( MAMA-PAPA ) with LITTLE SELECTION in MERCHANDISE. In conclusion: ***THEY SHRINK IN THE SUN***
