I returned items that were defective and completely different from what was advertised—one pair of heels was so unstable they were a safety hazard, and the clothes didn’t match the photos or measurements. I reported the issue and initiated my return on the same day the order was delivered, well within their so-called “14-day window.” Their own policy says defective or incorrect items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Instead, they gave me a generic response and pushed store credit, which I never asked for and have no intention of using. I no longer have the items to photograph because I returned them promptly—something you’d expect a brand to appreciate, not penalize. Every message from their “customer care” team is copy-pasted nonsense, and they refuse to escalate the issue to anyone who can actually help. If you want quality, honesty, or basic customer service, do not shop here. Fashion Nova is all hype and zero accountability. Spend your money somewhere that actually values customers.

I ordered a bunch of shoes online more than a week ago. It has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. I mean more rowdy than early eBay. According to their website, my package is in a facility about an hour and a half away from where I live. It has been there for 3 days. I called the delivery company. They use LSO and spoke with a man who is so sweet with the very thick accent? He was hard to understand. But he was able to successfully. Successfully let me know that fashion Nova reported that they had my package and error and they have not received it. He gave me a phone number and a web address for x delivery the shipping company and I couldn't get a hold of anyone so I went back to fashion Nova. The people who I engaged in commerce with whose ultimately responsible for any mishaps. When I called them I had the joy of finding out for my convenience. They shut down their phone lines. And instead of speaking with a live agent I can now go to a help center and have my issue resolved within 1 to 3 hours. So I got online to make my complaint to their help center and what would you know? They're oh so convenient online help center was not helpful or convenient. I got some random message thanking me for my patients during this holiday season. while letting me know that I can't make a complaint in until 7 days after my order. I'm well past the seven day mark and yet I was not able to text with a live agent. I'm so annoyed I don't even want the items anymore. I just want my money back. I would sooner shop with Alibaba. This is ridiculous ****Update***** I finally received my package. 2 of the 5 items I ordered were damaged. I attempted to report the damage to the online help center (that's not at all helpful). I uploaded photos and gave a written account of the damage. I never received confirmation of receipt. On the website it clearly states you need to report damage within 7days. My attempt was with the hour. I've yet to get confirmation or follow up of any kind (it's been 2days). I think it's sad the only contact I've received from this company is in response to a negative google review. To cover myself I decided to also report the damage to PayPal since it's an upstanding company that can be trusted. If you plan on shopping with fashion Nova, my best advice is DON'T. However if you're feeling brave use PayPal. At least you'll know there's one party involved that you can call and seek resolution. I'm saddened by the entire situation. I would love to have a go to online spot for heels.

Where is my order for crying out loud! I paid for express shipping which is times 3 the amount of the dress because I needed it urgently, there has been no response or updates as to why it’s been delayed. This is very frustrating and unprofessional, very poor customer service/ support. I need my money and express shipping fee back as I never got my order. The actual event is few hours and I don’t even have the dress. You guys deserve 0 star

I now understand why you guys are in the 2 star ranking. I will never purchase anything ever again from fashion nova into anyone out there interested beware of purchasing anything that is on sale because when items don’t show up and you report the issue depending on how much the item is that you’re reporting they escalate and the person who handles the escalation won’t factor in how much you’ve already spent on your overall purchase they’ll just send you a bullshit response and say We checked, packed and confirmed all items received. when you decide that you’re over the entire experience and tried to return your items entirely they tell you you can’t return them because they’re sale items.

Sooooo annoyed!! Ordered my wedding dress last week told me it was set to arrive in 1 day then it went to may 22nd. Today is may 23rd no dress and now I’m freaking out my wedding is Sunday and no number to call to get this fixed!!

This company is a scam. If you do a Return they will not refund your original payment method they just send you a store gifts card. WTH nobody wants that I want my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.

Buyer beware. Not only was the quality of everything I bought horrendous this company engages in very dishonest business practices. My package was late when it finally did arrive everything was damaged. I complained to PayPal and I was told I'd get a full refund after i returned the merchandise. I went ahead and returned the package. Thank God I had the presence of mind to take pictures of the package, the content of the package, the receipt, and opted for tracking. I had a suspicion I would need it. AND I DID. Fashion Nova email me to inform me they received the package and they're going to offer me a store credit which was never agreed upon. That's not the worst part .....the store credit they're offering me is $15 on an $83 order. make it make sense. I sent back the entire order and only get credit for one item. Simply put this is daylight robbery. If this isn't sorted by months end I'm going to the better Business bureau with all my receipts.... Please let my nightmarish experience with fashion Nova give you pause before you order from them. I would humbly recommend you take your business to SHEIN.com they have all the same things as fashion Nova at lower prices and the packages shows up on time. I doubt they'd be so bold as to cheerfully email you to inform you they're stealing nearly $70 from you. Merry Christmas to me smh
