Absolutely horrible experience with Jomashop. I placed two orders — Order #M4087XMB and Order #M4090FAG — and in both cases, the perfume bottles arrived cracked and leaking. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But after it happened again, it was clear this wasn’t just bad luck — it’s a serious quality control issue. To make matters worse, Jomashop’s customer service has been unbelievably unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they keep asking me to go out of my way to return damaged products — twice now. Why should I be making trips to FedEx or UPS for their mistake? Someone named “Shadey R” offered me a $25 refund for a leaking bottle with an unknown amount missing. That’s a joke. I asked for a fair refund or a pickup, and he refused. This is not how you treat paying customers — especially after repeat issues. I’ll never order from Jomashop again, and I’ll be warning others to stay away.

I ordered a bag from Jomashop and was shocked to receive a clearly used item without the authenticity card. After a long and exhausting back-and-forth with their customer service, they finally agreed to accept a return and promised to cover $15 USD of the return shipping if I used my own label. However, once I returned the item, they suddenly acted as if they had never made that promise. I contacted them multiple times — sometimes getting no response at all, and other times receiving only copy-paste replies that ignored my questions entirely. It wasn’t until I left a review on Trustpilot and filed a complaint with the BBB that they started responding — not to resolve the issue, but to demand that I delete my review and withdraw the complaint before they would refund the $15. 1. Poor Quality Control The used item and missing authenticity card were real. Jomashop’s explanation? “We ship with whatever the vendor provides.” They clearly don’t inspect products before shipping, and if they can’t even guarantee that a “new” item is new, how can we trust their so-called authenticity guarantee? They often claim that items can be verified at official boutiques — but in reality, most luxury stores refuse to authenticate items from unauthorized sellers like Jomashop. 2. Deflecting Blame and Covering Up Mistakes Instead of owning up to their mistake, Jomashop repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto me — as if I was the one being unreasonable. They even resorted to withholding the promised refund unless I deleted all negative feedback, using it as a weapon to suppress the truth. 3. Terrible Customer Service Jomashop’s attitude was the worst I’ve encountered. For just $15, they chose to deny the truth, blame the vendor, mislead me, and eventually try to intimidate me into silence. They showed zero accountability and treated the customer like the problem. 4. No Post-Sale Accountability It doesn’t matter what they promise you — if they later decide to ignore it, they will. I’m living proof of that. I don’t even know how to describe how awful this shopping experience has been — because Jomashop somehow kept finding ways to make it worse. They can continue to refuse the $15 refund. Maybe I’ve lost that money, but keeping this review public might save others from going through what I did. No matter how cheap their prices look, don’t gamble your money with Jomashop. It’s not worth the risk.

This site, Jomashop, so far has been unresponsive and slow. Their deceptive marketing shows you can get two day shipping or even next day shipping. I just ordered to watch a couple days ago with two day shipping and it’s sitting in preparing to ship. I contacted them and the response was that it’s preparing to ship. The checkout said it would be delivered by Wednesday and it’s Tuesday and has not been shipped. I will change my review if something changes but so far it doesn’t feel great. I am disappointed with the service and communication. Update: I received my watch, a week later than quoted, with n further communication.

Terrible customer service, return department is worse, even with proof of website screenshots, they do not understand, honor and follow through with their word. I have been told multiple things from multiple sources within the company. Currently losing $20 because the return department cannot admit their company was wrong. I ask to verify my information and get attitude from the customer service representative. Jomashop is a participant in false advertising, poor business practice. I purchased a fine nub fountain pen (pictures attached) and have been going back and forth with customer service. I received good word about this company from a colleague, but unfortunately the company has not held up their end of "the customer is the most important here." I originally contacted customer support informing them I received the WRONG fountain pen, asking for an exchange of product to get the right one that I purchased (screenshotted website description). The company issued me an RMA, refunded me PARTIAL CREDIT of the full cost due to the return department stating it was the right pen - photos don't lie, nor would my financial commitment that I made. All I wanted was this beautiful blue ace series fountain pen as an aviation enthusiast, fine nub, and now I feel left in the dust by Jomashop. I will gladly take my business elsewhere next time. Do not give Jomashop a minute of your time, I've unfortunately given them over an hour of which I will never be able to get back. Now I await for an email (because we don't follow up via phone) from customer service, which is business poor practice.

Run away. I recently ordered a watch here (Jomashop) and it was allegedly “shipped” about a week ago. Should’ve been shipped within 5 days max. All within the same NYC borough. The USPS hasn’t even accepted the package yet (in what looks like a case where JS gave the USPS a SCAN form without physically dropping off the package itself). Jomashop’s customer service couldn’t have been worse - they wanted me to keep waiting instead of filing the appropriate case with the agency. They wouldn’t even commit to give me a written confirmation of what they just told me via email seconds earlier. Dodgy as hell.

I ordered a watch listed as in stock and shipping in 1–2 days. After placing the order, I was told it would take 6 to 10 weeks to ship — clearly not what was advertised. When I canceled, they marked it as “customer changed his mind”, which misrepresents the real reason. Very disappointing and misleading. No more Jomashop for me , especially in this new tariffs era. Be cautious when trusting Jomashop’s stock availability.

Be careful before ordering from Jomashop! I placed an order (Order No. M407YXBM) and still haven’t received it. Very disappointed with the delay. Make sure to double-check everything before you buy — my experience has not been good so far…. Dear Jomashop, I would like to express my deep disappointment, as I have still not received my order (Order number M407YXBM )up to this day. Despite reaching out multiple times—both to your team and the carrier—I have unfortunately received no response. This experience has been extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about ordering from Jomashop again, either for myself or for any of my family members. I kindly ask for your urgent attention and resolution to this matter.

Normally great however I sent in a watch to return that ceased working shortly after purchase. I was emailed by Aleeya who said it would be mailed back to me after they tested it. That was May 13th and know one has answered any of my email inquiries to let me know if it has been sent back too me and a tracking number. Love Jomashop. Just need some help here! Update. No answer at customer service. Called twice within their open posted hours. I've emailed them all multiple times. I just want my watch back please. It's been well I've a month!! This is not good customer service. You can't just ignore folks.
