We inherited a 200+ yr old 3/4 full rope bed that was my wife's great great great great grandparents (family has been here pre-revolutionary war) many decades ago it was converted from a rope bed to be used with a box spring and mattress. We had a box made and Mattress Insider advised to go with the 9 inch inner spring mattress. It arrived within 2 weeks, perfect condition, and perfect fit. We could not be happier.

I ordered custom mattress for my Sprinter Van.It has niches at the top corners.The precise cut of this mattress is impressive.It fits the bed platform like a glove and around the back door pillars.At only 5.5in thick the mattress is extremely comfortable.It has no odor and it’s made with high quality materials.I am very pleased with my purchase and thankful at the same time!

We sought information in replacing a queen-size sleeper sofa mattress. The sofa bed is 25 years old and the existing mattress is clearly suboptimal. The Mattress Insider website provided excellent information and help in determining the best way to proceed. We chose a memory foam replacement mattress and got an excellent discount price and free shipping. After we receive and try out the new mattress we will determine whether we will also need to obtain a support board. Will update my review then… Our experience with Mattress Insider continues to impress. First, we were messaged, nominally by the company CEO, with details on the delivery. Then the mattress arrived earlier than originally expected and was very well packed; I can’t figure out how they actually applied the plastic wrapping sheets but it came very securely packaged. The mattress itself is excellent. It fits our 20+ year old sleep sofa perfectly, and is amazingly comfortable. Also, nicely covered in a cotton zip-on cover. We have not owned nor slept on a memory foam mattress in the past, and this is extremely comfortable and supportive. We had anticipated a need for either a mattress topper or a support board to fit between the mattress and spring frame but really don’t need either. We are extremely happy with our purchase. This has converted our sleep sofa from an uncomfortable and marginally useful back-up bed to a very pleasant and usable extra sleep surface. Also, terrific company and service experience.

We ordered a new mattress from mattressinsider for our master stateroom on our boat. Unfortunately for us it was during a foam shortage because of COVID. I would routinely email about our mattress and it’s progress in which I always got a quick and professional response. Every interaction we had was above expectations especially when it came to the final measurements and adjustments since it was a custom shaped mattress.
