I wish I could give them negative starts. Pearson Vue's website is plagued by frequent maintenance downtime, making it impossible to schedule exams or access services when needed. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. The software and technology used are outdated and low-quality, with no support for Chrome OS users. To make matters worse, their management prioritizes new payments over existing customers, resulting in lost money and frustration. Until they address these issues, I'd advise against using their services.

This company provides a terrible software and terrible customer service that I'm forced to use to take my certifications and exam for college. I have used this several times, and each time there is a issue with the software wasted 2 hours of my times, and that forces me to reschedule for a later date. There is never a technical resolution implemented, and the "greeter" that PearsonVue connects with me is ALWAYS difficult to understand while also not knowing a single thing about how to fix any issues. I was told today to restart my OnVue application after waiting an hour in queue, and that I would NOT be placed back in the queue. Surprise surprise, I was at the back of the queue again and got kicked out of OnVue for missing my test taking window. What is going on with this company?

This is a company of scammers. I was told it would only be $13.00 to cancel the exam but I had to call customer service. Call customer service just to find out that it is $32.00 to cancel the test and I would only get a refund of $13.00. This is company is a scam! Also, if I wanted to reschedule my exam after registering and paying $45.00 the same day then the fee is an additional $32.00. This company is a scam and it needs to be shutdown. I am waiting for the class action lawsuit against these con artists.

Zero stars! You can find better partners for your testing and education. I haven't been able to reach any English speakers there yet, and all communication with their support is just copy-pasted from some knowledge articles that don't fit the purpose at all. It seems like they just used the same words they found as hashtags. It's pathetic outsourcing.

Hello, I tried to pass a certification from home today for 300$. I verified everything to follow the rules asked and meet the system requirement. The Check-In moment come (30 min early), I redo all the test + many other during 8 min. The final test is to be contacted by a Peasron employee to check everything. First come an employee that immediatly hung up on me. I restart the process and arrive at a second employee that claim that she can't see my webcam despite their application showing that everything is fine. I'm asking her more detail but she hung up on me in the middle of my sentence (time of the call ~15 sec). So i try again, this time I get a guy that can see my webcame fine but drag sensless question for 10 min asking me if anything is hidden in my lamp or if my printer is disconnected. He suddenly disconnect. I cannot try again and had to reschedule because the start time of the exam started.

2.5 hr wait time in total after checking in 30 minutes in advance (per instructions). The customer service chat bot is a joke. People have lives and in many cases, time is money if not more. There should be an option to reschedule at the very least. If rescheduling isn’t available without communicating with your janky offshore customer service, allow people to study, use the restroom, etc. Noting that the testing policies were in an effect and barring the ability to access my phone was insane. Especially with having ADHD. Very poor set up. Rather inhumane. I do not recommend.

Worst customer service i had ever to deal with, it seems they dont even read tour request and expect for you to slve the issue instead of them, in my case it was for a refund of an exam that didnt get processed. Still waiting for the refund cuz they had an issue with their system.
