Great product but TERRIBLE customer service. Do NOT get trapped into using their subscription service because they make it nearly impossible to stop. It has taken me literally 3 months with documented emails, 50+ phone calls and online contact requests to finally speak to someone to cancel my subscription. I really only wanted to change my subscription but it took so long and so much effort that I asked for it all to be cancelled. Once you get trapped in this Orwellian nightmare of a subscription model, you can only see or adjust your order once you log in and then you have to request a 2nd login code by entering your email again. Once you obtain this code, you can supposedly modify your order but you can't really. Yes, you can modify but you can't stop the process so if you have multiple things in your subscription, you have keep it or change the item/quantity but there is not option to stop the order. You have to write them to cancel. The problem is they never respond or acknowledge your emails. It seriously took 3 full months to get this settled and when you do finally speak to someone they don't apologize or offer any excuses why they never responded. I had to sit down and literally robo-call them 14 times in row this morning before a woman who identified herself as Shea picked up the phone. I have no problem with the product and will continue to buy Mitra but this should be a warning about the subscription service. It is ultimately a customer service issue because in the past, when I've had other delivery or billing questions, they never answered their phones or called me back over a week later. Forget dealing with them online and try to find a local dealer who will sell to you at costs or a little over. It will work out much better for you.

I have been enjoying the Keaton seltzers for about a month now. I enjoy all the flavors and find that one simply relaxes me. I will definitely continue to drink these! I highly recommend!

Very good drinks. The only issue is with the delivery. First was free and pretty fast - usually 2 days. Now they're charging delivery fee and is just just terrible. I ordered like 5 days ago and still my order is not shipped (label was created but not shipped). I sent a few emails but no response.

Fantastic alternative to alcohol! So many options, excellent flavor choices...Customer service is reliable and fast with Shae! 100% I hope there are more shipping options available soon.

Easy people to deal with! Their entire line is excellent! I thought once I left Florida I wouldn't be able to enjoy these drinks! Wrong, was able to order them online. I've already turned a couple people on to them and they've ordered! They even do auto-delivery!

Went from a 5 star to a 2 star real fast. Won't let me use my points for $10 off after ordering a +thousand dollars worth of product because I tried another coupon code to see if it would take off more... I was told they dont "coupon stack" which I clearly wasnt trying to do and met with such hostility and unprofessional behavior from the customer service that I will no longer support this brand. I was one of your biggest online and offline supporters with over 1.5m subs on YouTube. This is ridiculous to treat your customers this way. Good luck digging yourself out of this hole. I would rather drink disgusting tasting shots then deal with your company at this point and im extremely patient and level headed. Completely destroying your customer base because you wont pay someone the measly couple hundred of dollars to work on the code for your checkout page? Then adopt that as a policy? Seriously? So disappointed.
