The young guy Dovid behind the counter is super nice. I wouldnt shop there if not for him. The store has a huge selection of jewish music, usbs, cds, and jewish plays and movies. Online streaming is pricey but they have great movies such as " the youngest partison" and "unanswered." Any concerns regarding online orders or in store orders speak to dovid and he will try his best to help you.

I avoid posting negative reviews but this has been bugging me for the past 9 months. I wish I’d read the other reviews on here about their online service before placing an order. I ordered several children’s books around October/Sukkot 2019. I never received any communication. I waited and waited. No parcel and no communication to say my order had been posted or was delayed. The website said all the titles were in stock so I didn’t expect they’d be out of stock. No communication at all. I emailed customer service numerous times over several months - nothing. I sought a refund from Amazon Pay as this was the payment method I used. Amazon Pay refunded me promptly (probably because they never received a response from customer service either!) Then I randomly received one book out of my order of four in the mail. I was being honest and informed Amazon Pay so I could pay for it. I got charged the full amount for all four books again (not just the one I received) and my claim with Amazon Pay was closed. Again I contacted Mostly Music customer service to ask what was happening multiple times. I finally received a reply in January (yes, three months later!) saying they’d tried to refund and to check my account. I explained the mistake that had been made with Amazon Pay. To this day, six months later, and nine months after I placed the original order, I haven’t received any further communication or a refund for the balance of the order. I am not dishonest (it was my honesty that got me in this situation!) but Mostly Music has gained US$45.97 and lost a customer! I subsequently placed an order with Lehmann’s and wow did it arrive quickly and with great customer service. It appears that the Mostly Music physical store provides some great customer service based on the reviews. It seems that the online service is severely lacking and in need of a review :(

Tremendous fan of the website - bought many stuff from them over the years - Always easy downloading . They have live chat which is awesome!! specifically batya and shani - both are amazing and theyre enthusiasm for Jewish music and their knowledge makes it awesome to find out info and just to discuss music, but I always ask random questions and get such friendly responses - downloads are saved forever .... Just wish they had more Israeli music - hanan ben ari - shuli rand - elaytzur All in all a one of kind experience

I've only ordered from Mostly Music once and it will be my last time. The customer service I've received is appalling. I ordered 2 copies of the same book. When I received my order confirmation I realized Apple Pay was set up to a different address from where I needed the books shipped. I contacted them via email immediately to correct the address. After numerous attempts to follow up, almost 10 days later they responded confirming the change. Seriously?!? Finally I receive the order only to find they've only sent me one copy of the book instead of two. Seriously?!? Please correct this mistake immediately! I already sent you an email and left you a message to let you know. These books were for brides. I wanted to give them the books on their wedding days and now those days have past! Your company is completely unreliable. I do not recommend buying from them at all, ever!

Mostly Music does not post reviews lower than 4 stars. I just purchased the cd by Baruch Levine - Off the Record, it is important for buyers to know this cd contains only snippets of each song.. you are not getting 40 full English songs as I hoped I would get
