i got the x quad 3000 because my husband felt safer with me having the handle and more security while him and our sons have electric skateboards, so we can all ride together as a family. I have had this board less than a month and only rode on it twice, about 1 hour each time. The last ride when pressing the brakes, the brake line flipped over the disk. So i contacted customer service by email and showed him the pictures, he said because I didnt have a screw in the correct place (which I never recvd and was not in the instructions book during assembly) he even told me that this has been a common problem and the book is confusing and other customers have had the same issue. Why would you sell something knowing its a malfunction and not clear instructions without notifying the customer and sending the parts needed. So he was going to send me the screws, when showing him the line was split he said he would send me a new line as well. I am not a bicycle pro repair man. How am I going to replace a whole brake line through the handle??? And the actual brake pad was cracked and one of the places that holds the line in place was broken off. Very Very poor craftmanship. The brakes system is something that leaves alot to be desired. I have tried multiple times to email back with no response this week as to getting a refund or returning my board or getting a new one. Also when you call no one is available to take your call and they do not return calls from messages left. And I am seeing several others complain about customer service sadly. I am out $3000 with a broken board. ***UPDATE: Less than 1 hour after leaving this review they emailed me back finally, with $100 credit to the store and the new parts being sent to me by mail. This board must be repaired by a professional that needs to be compensated or issue a full refund or replace my board with the 100% warranty that you brag about.

I'm truly surprised by how powerful this scooter is. Everything is well made and customer service has been quick to answer any questions I have. No complaints! I'm slightly over 300lbs and it handles my weight like a champ. Excellent suspension and fast speeds. Very sturdy.

Got my Rover today and WOW. Way better and funnier than I expected!! Didn’t get the golf bag holder in yet but I strapped my bag to the backside of the bars and play 18 holes!! First time riding and first round with it at the same time!! Super product. Thanks ya’ll!!!

This is my first time ever leaving a review about a product online. I’m not a Karen. I’m a very reasonable person. I see a lot of praise in the other reviews about the customer support. My experience so far, is far from theirs. Unboxing my brand new rover revealed that the weld on the handle bar had failed and separated (see picture). “Customer Support” offered to send me a replacement handlebar, which would require time, tools, and handiness; none of which I have. After deciding that solution is unacceptable for me, I requested to return the unit. I’ve sent several emails and left multiple voicemails. No one will respond to me. After reviewing their return policy, I’ve learned that they will not refund my original shipping charge ($125). I’ll have to pay for return shipping ($125) and I’ll be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($390). So, in summation, they sent me a broken product and I’m going to lose $640 giving it back to them. All they needed to do was stand by their product, send me a return shipping label for this broken unit, and send me another new unit that isn’t broken. In what industry is it acceptable to send a customer a $2500 product (broken) and then require the buyer to repair it before it can even be used for the first time?!

I am extremely disappointed with CycleBoard. I received a damaged item and tried multiple times to get in touch with them. My phone calls, voicemails, and emails went unanswered for over a month. When they finally responded, their next reply took over two weeks. After all that, they tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee and wanted me to pay for the shipping of the damaged item they sent me. I had to involve my credit card company to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend buying anything from this company. Call their phone number, and you'll see that no one answers, and they don’t get back to you.

They don’t return calls. Even text the owner was too busy to return my call. Don’t do business here. Especially at this price point to not get questions answered.

Horrible company! If it actually is a real business. Trying to service a unit for my 80yo neighbor. Nobody answers the phone.. no dealers that I can find. Do not buy if you expect product support. If there was less than 1 star that's what they deserve. Strong possibility firm is scam. The email process has already been attempted. The delay in replying at your end is pathetic. Advise. ???

Purchased the cycleboard and used for a couple of times, battery now will not charge, reached out to the customer service, which had an incredibly long response time, and the only answer they could give me is to buy another $900 battery... Big brain operation 🙄
